Spring – it really is a breath of fresh air. After a winter that lingered way too long, it’s with wide, open arms that we welcome the sunshine and warmer temperatures. This change in season has got us thinking all things fresh!

From getting outside for a little exercise in your city (page 22), to breathing in the healing powers of essential oils (page 18), this issue of most is packed full of great info for a fabulous spring.

Our Style section is a selection of our favourite products for the home, your beauty bag and closet. If spring has you ready to get back into your active routine, then our fabulous activewear options on page 10 will get you looking your best! To brighten up your home for the season, check out page 14 for stunning floral pieces that add just the right amount of spring vibe to your space.

Our Superwoman this issue (page 24) truly is a breath of fresh air. Her happy life as a mom, wife and yoga guru is an inspirational story that wasn’t always this picture perfect. From a serious addiction to inspiring many through her yoga practice, this is one Superwoman you’ll want to read all about!

As always, you’ll find great books and apps (for the gardener in your life!), a spotlight on a vibrant local street in our streetview feature (Westdale Village), and more in most magazine. Enjoy the new season!
