All students should attend Catholic schools

-

RE: School boards controversy

It seems your readers are in agreement that the Catholic education is a better education — therefore, logically, they want their children to attend the Catholic schools.

And it seems those readers are convinced we should have two school boards, simply because they want to preserve the quality of education in the separate system.

Ontario students, who all deserve to have the superior education that seems to be offered by the separate school board, would be better served if we eliminate the public school system altogether.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if all Ontario students could have the best possible education not just those that are privileged to attend a Catholic School? Which begs the question of why is the education “better” in the Catholic system, and why should we accept this as a fact without doing something about it immediately. Nellie DeHaan, Smithville
