Wentworth Stairs closure

The full length of the Wentworth Stairs will be closed starting Sept. 25 for construction. The closure will last approximately four weeks so crews can rehabilitate footings at the base of the stairs and work to alleviate erosion along the footpath. There will be no pedestrian access on the upper or lower sections of the stairs during this time.
