Police investigate death at Buttermilk Falls

Hamilton police are investigating after a person was found dead at Buttermilk Falls.

The Hamilton Fire Department was originally called to a rope rescue just off the parking lot at the Mountain Brow Boulevard falls around 5:30 p.m. on Friday.

“It’s no longer a rope rescue; it’s a recovery,” said fire department spokesperson Claudio Mostacci just after 6:30 p.m.
