Equal pay for equal work, for everyone

The Hamilton Spectator - - Comment -

No company hires someone who is not critical to the success of the enterprise. Whether it is a cleaner or an engineer, whether they are 15 or 51, each employee is hired because that position is important for the company to be successful. Equal pay for equal work and minimum wage for everyone regardless of age.
