Septem­ber 29, 1925-Novem­ber 6, 2018 Olive passed away peace­fully at St. Peter’s Nurs­ing Home just af­ter 9 p.m. She is sur­vived by her son Melvyn and daugh­ter-in-law Bev­er­ley. Her hus­band Fred pre­de­ceased her and has been wait­ing pa­tiently for these past 21 years to be with her again. Join­ing us in cel­e­brat­ing her life are her sis­ters Elsa in Eng­land, Beryl (hus­band Collin) and youngest sis­ter Es­ther (hus­band Mal­colm). Her Cana­dian nieces are Bev­er­ley (hus­band Mur­ray), Deb­bie (hus­band Ian), Dar­lene, and Lor­raine. Neph­ews Ed­ward (wife Ann). Ste­wart (wife Michelle) and Greg also are in Canada. In Eng­land are nieces Lisa, Wendy (hus­band Peter), Cathryn (hus­band Mike), Lynette, and Sa­man­tha. Neph­ews Ver­non (wife Sarah), An­drew, Ge­orgie (wife), and Kevin are in Eng­land, and Michael in Aus­tralia. Friends and fam­ily are in­vited to gather at Bay Gar­dens, ca­sual dress, at 947 Ry­mal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Tues­day, De­cem­ber 11th at 11:30 a.m. to cel­e­brate Olive’s life and has­ten her re­turn to her beloved Fred.
