Worry about Trudeau, not Trump

RE: PRO-TRUMP LETTERS

-

Canadians who obsess over every tweet from and about Trump and support every attempt by mainstream media and the radically partisan Democrats to oust Trump in a coup that was set in motion before the last election should really be more concerned about what is happening a little closer to home in Canada.

We have a situation in which our own leader has been slapped for violating four sections of the Conflict of Interest Act with respect to two 2016 vacations on a private island owned by the Aga Khan and once again in 2019 for violating Section 9 of the Conflict of Interest Act in which he influenced the decision to “improperly further another person’s private interests.”

Allegations against Trump were found to be false by dozens of top lawyers in the two-year Mueller investigation of “Russian collusion.” Trump is called a “racist” and smeared with other silly labels thrown at him and at all conservatives these days. There is indeed a state of harsh and polarized nastiness in politics today. Trump is much different from his predecessors — a pragmatist with an inimitable style rather than a politician.

Canadian leaders should uphold the laws, make fewer mistakes and learn from their mistakes. These leaders should not be afraid to make sincere apologies. They should be held accountable and responsible by honourably resigning for egregious breaches of the law.
