Isn’t there an app for that?

I understand and respect Coun. Clark’s passion for keeping our City clean, but I swear I could hear every City employee groan with the proposition that councillors will mandate in policy that employees must phone call in eyes sores like illegal dumping, graffiti, etc. Good luck operationalizing that! Consider a medium like an app with a geotags and think about opening it up to the general public. I know I would use it!
