Useless speed limit signs

-

Every street in my area of Shipley shows a speed sign of 40 km/h, and they are largely ignored. Drivers see this as a permission to drive 10 kilometres over the limit, which is way too fast. Signs need to be amended to 20 km/h and then speeders would slow down. This has happened in other municipalities with great success. Our young children should not be put at risk.
