This small condo in a newly built-up part of eastern Burlington has a large patio to add to the living space, which includes two bathrooms for an otherwise minimalist one-bedroom unit.

It was an investment property for its sellers, says realtor Michael St. Jean. After their tenant left the lease early, the owners were faced with renting it out again or looking for a buyer. “(They) thought it would be a great time to sell,” St. Jean said. The buyers are also using it as an investment, and will rent it out.
