Two arrested after robbery on Mountain
Two men were arrested last month after allegedly robbing a Mountain mobile shop at gunpoint and striking a worker in the head, Hamilton police say. In a release Tuesday, police said multiple suspects entered a Koodo/Telus dealer March 24 and demanded a worker at the Upper James Street shop hand over cash and merchandise. Two men brandishing firearms struck the lone worker in the head before fleeing in a vehicle with stolen phones and accessories. On March 28, three suspects of an unrelated robbery were arrested in Hamilton. Police said their arrests led them to a pair of suspects connected to the Koodo/Telus incident.
