Lawrence option picked up

The New York Giants have picked up the fifth-year option on defensive lineman Dexter Lawrence. The six-foot-four, 342-pound lineman has registered nine sacks, 14 tackles for loss, 30 quarterback hits and two forced fumblesin his career. He has 135 total tackles, including 71 solo. Lawrence is under contract with the Giants through 2023. He’ll earn at least $10 million in 2023.
