Suburban money
Regarding “Time to end downtown highways” (May 7): This editorial and political rhetoric is a typical knee-jerk reaction to unfortunate but isolated crash incidents. Millions of cars use Main and King streets safely and smoothly to get from one end of the city to the other. Stop blaming the vast majority of safe drivers and perhaps increase police surveillance. Remember that the money lives in the city’s periphery.
