More crosswalks

-

A few days ago, while driving east on Queenston Road near Nash (as we all know a very busy traffic area) an elderly lady was crossing with a walker between intersections, definitely endangering her life.

I agree that drivers have to slow down and be aware of pedestrians, however, the latter should take more precautions also.

Often the distance between one crosswalk to the next is pretty far, especially for seniors. I believe that there should be more crosswalks between intersection, with warning lights above to warn drivers. These should be installed in heavy pedestrian traffic area.
