Install signals

With all the trouble with left turns and right turns causing accidents, why not install left and right turn signals for the traffic.

This way when the pedestrian is crossing the left or right turn signal would be at stop and the crosswalk would be on green. This could be installed at all intersections that have high pedestrian traffic or accidents. This would be cheaper to install per intersection then two new stop lights to make the streets twoway.

The confusion with changing one-way street to two-way traffic that have been that way for years will cause more traffic confusion.
