Creative solutions

As a lifelong Hamiltonian with many fond childhood memories of hiking, swimming and picnicking at Websters Falls, I am frustrated by both the costs and restrictions being placed on visitors to one of our local natural gems. A two-hour reservation eliminates having a family BBQ. I understand there are genuine issues with local residents, but surely there must be more creative solutions that would deal with their concerns. A historical Hamilton attraction that many local citizens will not be able to access. So sad!
