One man dead af­ter stab­bing in Lon­don’s south end:

Karl Hall­man is charged with sec­ond-de­gree mur­der in the death of Nicholas An­thony Baltzis, 25, of Lon­don, who was stabbed Jan. 6 on Notre Dame Drive, po­lice said. Baltzis was taken to hos­pi­tal, where he later died. It’s the city’s first homi­cide of 2019.
