One man dead after stabbing in London’s south end:
Karl Hallman is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Nicholas Anthony Baltzis, 25, of London, who was stabbed Jan. 6 on Notre Dame Drive, police said. Baltzis was taken to hospital, where he later died. It’s the city’s first homicide of 2019.
