MP Eglinski highlights Small Business Tool

Jim Eglinski, Member of Parliament for Yellowhead, is pleased to remind local entrepreneurs and business owners of BizPal, an online service that benefits Canadian businesses by helping them identify which permits and licences they require and how to obtain them.

“Looking to start or grow your business? BizPaL is an excellent source for Online Business Permit and Licence information. This one-stop service gives entrepreneurs and business owners a single point of contact to simplify the process,” stated MP Eglinski.

BizPaL’s website (www.bizpal.ca) is easy and convenient, available anytime and guides users through a simple process. Entrepreneurs simply select the business activities they plan to undertake, and BizPaL automatically generates a list of required permits and licences from all levels of government, along with basic information on each. The list also includes links to the various government websites where entrepreneurs can learn more and, in some cases, apply online.

“Manufacturing, small businesses, and entrepreneurs are cornerstones of our riding’s economy. I encourage all new business owners to utilize this tool to ensure they are set up for success,” concluded MP Eglinski.
