Statistics are collected at a base about five miles N.E. of Peers, close to the Carrot Creek.
This has been a relatively mild month with little precipitation. Only one night recorded -20C.
Winds were strong on three occasions. It was mid-month when one of those winds promoted the rapid expansion of the wild fire in the Coal Branch.
