Council motion: that Council direct Administration to review the adopted 2022 Operating Budget and identify potential revenue increases and expenditure reductions totalling a minimum of at least $195,000 in increased revenues for the adopted 2022 Operating Budget and 20232025 Operating Plan as was adopted by the Town of Hinton on March 1, 2022, and that Council schedule a Special Council Meeting on May 10, 2022, to approve required amendments to the adopted 2022 Operating Budget.

2. Hinton Bike Park Trail Expansion Sustainability
Capital Project Council motion: that Council approve the Hinton Bike Park Trail Expansion Sustainability Capital Project to take place in 2022 with $25,000 to be funded from the Town of Hinton Bike Park Restricted Reserve.

Councillor Ostashek: Attended Community Futures
West Councillor Maguhn: Noted the 39th anniversary of the disappearance of Shelly Anne Bacsu. Appealed for anyone with information to share it with the RCMP. Councillor Haas: Noted a candlelight vigil being held for National Victims and Survivors of Crime Week on May 18 at Green Square. Announced that Councillor Taylor: Invited Council to the Rotary Club¶s Highway Cleanup on Thursday evening to help beautify the town ahead of the May long weekend. Interim CAO Paul Hanlan: 8pdated Council that Administration has shortlisted and is recruiting a Legislative Services Coordinator, and has advertised for a Director of Corporate Services. Preparing Psychological Health and Safety Plan.
