Salaat(Prayer) Al Istiqsa at Surrey Jameh

The Miracle - - front page - By: Iltaf Sahiab

on August 25, “We had just finished and I was having a conversation with Qari Abdul Wahab Sahab when we felt a few drops of rain. After a few mins, it started to drizzle. It’s amazing how things happen if we unite seeking Allah’s help and turn towards the Quran and Sunnah of our Prophet (sw) to derive from the treasures of Allah swt. May Allah (swt) reward all for coming out and asking for rain and asking for our forgiveness. Need your Duas for all who came out, as well as for Qari Abdul Wahab Saab, Br. Asad Gondal, Imam Yahya Momla, Maulana Abdurahman Saab, Br. Afzal Malik, and all the volunteers involved for their input. A very important lesson for us today... and everyday. Whenever we seek help, we first turn towards the creator, the Lord of the Worlds, not the creation! Purpose: Al-Istisqa means seeking water or rain from Allah Almighty during times of drought or low rainfall. The long dry spell has caused wildfires here in BC which is causing extensive damage to our natural resources and creating pollution in the air which also poses serious health concerns.
