Surrey Jameh Masjid hosts communal

On Sep 2, The Surrey Jameh Masjid organized an “Appreciation Day “at its parking lot after Zuhar prayer with enormous success. A large number of family attended this Free BBQ event. The program started with the recitation of Holy Quran by Hafiz Hammad Ullah. Chairman SJM Muhammad Asad Gondal said in his address that “I would like to take a moment to thank all those who came out and we hope you had a wonderful afternoon, with not only us, but the community as well.” Mr. Gondal invited Mr. Iltaf Sahib President of BCMA and Head Imam and .hateeb of SJM Qari Abdul Wahib to cut the ribbon ceremony. After speech and Duaa of Qari Sahib the BBQ and the Lunch buffet was opened for general public. Masjid committee and volunteers did the great job to make this pubic event successful. Many sponsors displayed their stalls at the ground and provided their services to visitors. All this Free food services expenses provided by the sponsors.
