TaNe time to taNe good care of yourself. Eat a balanced diet, exercise and get plenty of rest. TaNe time to relax with friends and family. high rate of change often means extra stress and strain on your body. ,t’s important to pay attention to what your body mind soul needs. Build your self esteem. lways remem ber, you are a uniTue individual with spe cial talents and interests. ,t’s helpful to maNe a list of what you liNe most about yourself. Encouragin­g others to feel good about themselves is a wonderful way to feel good about ourselves. ou will al ways cheer others if you pass a sincere compliment to people you care about. Be open and flexible. Most people are eager to settle into comfortabl­e routines. emember that your present routine could be only tem porary. Something may hap pen at any time that can force you to change your routine. ou may not be able to predict change, but Nnowing that change can happen at any time helps you accept and ad ust when it does occur.
