The community showed its generous support to raise fundraise for Jamia Masjid aulia allah

On December 5, The Jamia Masjid Aulia Allah arranged a fundraising dinner at Taj Banquet Hall in Surrey. Professor Badiud Dean Soharwardhy came all the way from Calgary to motivate the community to participate generously with their physical and financial support and complete this Masjid construction. M/C Br Haider Khan and Br Haroon Raza also addressed and given update project.. Imam and Khateeb Fiji Islamic Centre Molana A.Latif was also the guest speaker, he briefed the Jamia Masjid Aulia Allah’s concept and participated in fundraising.

Few members of the Pakistani community also addressed at this occasion and helped in fundraising. Masjid Committee executive Prasident Arjamand Tahir mentioned at his Facebook blog that “On behalf of the Islamic Association of Western Canada and Jamia Masjid Aulia Allah, I would like to thank you for your participation. In Allah SWT’s path, you all came along with your family and friends to invest time, money, and effort. May HE reward you, your families, and your generations to come. I am grateful to all prominent community leaders who have always been huge supporters of this Masjid. The Jamia Masjid Aulia Allah’s committee thank everyone who came and also those who couldn’t make it but always remember us in their prayers. I highly appreciate Br. Raza Khan for coming out to the Jamia Masjid Auliah Allah’s fundraiser and showing his support towards the House of Allah by donating $250,000 as a loan ( Qardh-e-Hasanah ) for the construction of the Masjid. I hope people get inspired by this single-person effort to make a difference and help this great cause. May Almighty Allah reward him and bless him long, happy and healthy life.
