SCOTSBURN – Louise Mae Graham, 87, of the Maritime Oddfellows Home, Pictou, and formerly of Scotsburn, passed away May 22, 2017 in Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in Mt. Thom, she was a daughter of the late Frank & Katherine (Ross) Cameron.

In earlier years Louise was a homemaker living in Scotsburn with her husband and son. She enjoyed baking and keeping a loving home for her family. Louise greeted everyone with her beautiful smile and always had a baked treat to share. Later, she enjoyed spending time with her two grandsons whom she cherished and loved dearly.

She was a member of Bethel Presbyteri­an Church in Scotsburn and of the Grace Atlantic Mission Society. She spent her last three years at Maritime Oddfellows Home.

Louise’s family would like to thank her caregivers at Oddfellows Home for their care and compassion. She is survived by her son, Donnie (Laurie) Graham; and grandsons, Noah and Josh, of Scotsburn.

Louise was predecease­d by her husband, John H. Graham; sister, Doris and brother, Norman. There will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family graveside service will be held in Gladstone Cemetery, Four Mile Brook, with Rev. Lara Scholey officiatin­g.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Bethel Presbyteri­an Church, Scotsburn or a charity of your choice.

Arrangemen­ts are under the direction of McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou.
