Crosby nets hat trick for bantam AA Crushers

WESTVILLE ROAD, N.S. — The Pictou County bantam AA Crushers travelled to Kingston on Jan. 6 and skated to a 5-2 win over the Western Valley Spartans. Logan Crosby paced the Crushers with a hat trick, with single markers going to Reese Smith and Scott Mosher. Camden Kelly and Lane Lochead collected three assists each while also getting helpers were Cory MacGillivray, Kirk Turnbull and Reese Smith. Cole Battist and Evan Ramsey shared net duties. This weekend, the Crushers play host to the Yarmouth Mariners. Game times are Saturday at 4 p.m. and Sunday at 10 a.m. at the Pictou County Wellness Centre.
