7 DAY FORECAST, NEW GLASGOW

-

CINDY SAYS: We’re between weather systems now but we won’t be for long: an approaching warm front will bring more messy weather our way. The leading edge of the ice pellets and freezing rain will cross the region early Friday morning but a strong south wind should change the icy mix over to rain quite quickly. After a very mild almost spring-like Friday, we’ll be storing our galoshes and digging out toques and parkas this weekend. Clearing skies will come with a very strong west wind that’ll serve up wind chill between -15 and -25. The colder than normal weather will linger into the new week. So, what’s next? I’m watching a snow maker for the middle part of the week … stay tuned!
