7 DAY FORECAST, NEW GLASGOW
CINDY SAYS: Cool nights and mild sunny days make for busy times in the sugar bush; maple syrup season is underway! A stalled high off Cape Cod will hold this spring-like set-up over the region until Friday. A rapidly intensifying Colorado Low will bring clouds then rain from west to east Friday into Saturday. Rainfall totals will range from 10 to 25 mm; snowfall will be close to 10 cm over western Labrador. The warm south wind will gust to 60 km/h ahead of the wet weather then turn to the W and gust to 50 km/h behind the system. By Sunday afternoon, we will be talking “wind chill”!
