Gryphon girls host provincials
The NNEC Gryphons are shown in action Saturday at the NSSAF high school girls hockey provincials in Thorburn. The Gryphons, who were tournament hosts, went 0-3 in the tournament, losing all three games by 2-1 scores. The C.P. Allen Cheetahs would win the provincial championship game with a shootout win over the CEC Cougars on Sunday afternoon.
