HYNES Maurice Joseph

Plymouth - Maurice Joseph Hynes, age 57, of Plymouth, formerly of Mount William and Trenton, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2019, at home. Born on Bell Island, Newfoundland, he was a son of the late Daniel and Angeline “Angie” (Slade) Hynes. Maurice was a former employee of Trenton Works, Pictou County Glass and Standard Glass. He had a passion for the arts: drawing, painting and sandblasting art. He is survived by brothers: Dale, Trenton; Daniel, Mount William; sisters: Danna Hynes, Mount William; Dawn Hynes, Plymouth; nieces and nephews: Krystal (Fraser) Holmes; Aaron (Crystal) Rundle; Faith Hynes and Kale Hynes; great niece, Presley; great nephew, Asa. A gathering for family and friends, was held at the home of his niece Krystal, on Sunday, March 10. Donations in his memory may be made to the Pictou County SPCA.
