Tickets still available for women’s leadership event
People looking to attend this year’s Niagara Leadership Summit for Women should act fast.
Time is running out to secure tickets for the YWCA Niagara Region-presented event, which takes place this Saturday at Brock University.
The theme of the 10th annual event is Bold and Unapologetic.
The keynote address is by Crystal D’Cunha, a bestselling author and executive leadership coach whose presentation is designed to be a practical blueprint for becoming the inspiring leader people have always admired or wished to have.
Other workshop leaders include Ursula Erasmus (Expressing Your Bold and Unapologetic Self Through Your Stories), Eve Nyambiya and Rabia Choudhary (From Surviving to Thriving — Cultivating a Culture of Care), Elyse Lappano and Sandy Howe (Using Inclusion and Decolonization as a Basis for Unlocking Bold and Unapologetic Leadership), Cindy Goldrick and Rachel Gillmore (Not an Option: What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?), Randi-Lee Bowslaugh (Embracing Me), Sarah Dimick (How to Project Manage Your Goals; Lessons From a PMP on Getting Un-stuck), Aliona Starostenko (Lady Matryoshka: Empowering Yourself Through your Feminine Essence) and Anuysha Maharaj (The ABCs, Me and Inclusivity).
The event runs 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Brock’s Thistle Hallway, with registration starting at 8:30 a.m.
Attendees can purchase a ticket for $30 or sponsor a delegate to allow individuals facing financial barriers to attend.
