Scorecard Harry’s Half Pints jumped into first place in Week 7 of the 11-week third — and final — segment of the Niagara Five Pin Mixed Pro League season.

Though it looked like they could have clinched about two weeks ago, they had to hang on as they ended the season with a 2-1 loss to the Fiddler’s Pourhouse Fighting Irish.

Still, Scorecard Harry’s wound up in first, topping Fiddler’s Pourhouse by 2 ½ points in the final standings.

Pacing the Half Pints were Nathan Marr-Schonefeldt, at 689 (328); Brad Gaudreau, at 664 (234, 238); and Lindsay Richardson, at 628 (282). Shawn Pellizari, at 756 (229, 273, 254); Chris Lyttle, at 720 (238, 289); and Trish Aubertin, at 692 (266, 226); led the Fighting Irish.

The first of only two movements in the standings saw a flip-flop between third and fourth place as Big Red’s Meatballs blanked Dr. Allison Zaruk’s Main Street Chiropractic, 3-0, to jump ahead in the standings.

The Meatballs blistered the boards with Brad Maurice’s 831 (238, 338, 255), Jordan Gravelle’s 764 (257, 294, 213) and Chris Gravelle’s 699 (242, 235). Main Street Chiropractic squad answered with Vicky Robins’ 797 (246, 316, 235), her son, Kile Robins’ 715 (208, 264, 243); and Brian McFarlane’s 670 (237, 222).

The Upper Deck Strikers made a push for the fifth spot, taking two of three from the fifth-place Accelerated Health and Wellness Aces, but the victory was not enough to overtake the Aces in the final standings.

The Strikers were paced by Ryan Kulikowski, who tossed the best individual set of the night, a sizzling 842 (258, 255, 329). David Michael contributed 797 (213, 281, 303), and Joe Thomas 706 (210, 221, 275) to the win.

Duran Size, at 779 (295, 222, 262); Bill Stockill, at 741 (302, 258); and Wendy Bonnette, at 716 (268, 280), had hot hands for the Aces.

The only other movement in the standings saw eighth-place D. Fisher’s Legacy whitewash the DJB Bean Counters, 3-0.

Legacy, which cracked the 3,000 barrier, was sparked by Mark Belanger’s 823 (248, 278, 302); Rob Fisher’s 800 even (258, 300, 242); Faith Iannandrea’s 749 (282, 258, 209); and P.J. Cole’s 651 (213, 236).
