Le­gion­naires lose Al­lairs

Broth­ers Clark and Ethan Al­lair of Temagami, Ont., have parted ways with the Sar­nia Le­gion­naires.

Clark Al­lair, an 18-year-old de­fence­man, has joined the Powas­san Voodoos of the North­ern On­tario Ju­nior Hockey League. He had two goals and 12 as­sists in 29 games with the Le­gion­naires, who re­ceived a de­vel­op­ment fee from the Voodoos.

Ethan Al­lair, a 16-year-old de­fence­man, is now play­ing for the North Bay Midget AAA Trap­pers. He had nine as­sists in 29 games with the Le­gion­naires.

The Le­gion­naires also sent for­ward Kobe Fer­reira to the ju­nior C

Lam­beth Lancers.

The Le­gion­naires have two road games this week­end. They’ll visit the Komoka Kings on Saturday and the Chatham Ma­roons on Sun­day.

Their next home game is Thurs­day against the St. Thomas Stars at 7:10 p.m. at Sar­nia Arena.
