Arnold’s Cove man pleads not guilty to assault charge; pleas not yet entered for multiple other charges

Travis Rodway, 28, pleaded not guilty to an assault charge in provincial court in Clarenville Monday morning, Nov. 19.
It is one of over 20 charges the Arnold’s Cove man is facing, which he has not yet entered pleas for.
Those charges mostly include fraud, theft, and possessing stolen property.
Rodway, who is currently in police custody, will stand trial for the assault charge, on Dec. 13.
According to court documents, the alleged crimes are supposed to have been committed across a period of time from March to September of 2018.
