“We have a very special group of young swimmers in the Trent Swim Club,” age group coach Kent Crockower stated.

“They won the majority of our club’s points at the meet and they continue to set new personal best times, which is the most important measure for swimmers. I expect more strong results as these young athletes continue to grow and develop.” The Peterborough Wolverines football club will hold registrations for the senior varsity, junior varsity and bantam rep teams on Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. at the Wolverines Clubhouse at 910 High St. Players must also register online prior to the first tryout date, which will take place at St. Peter Secondary School on Medical Drive on March 4 at 10 a.m. for the bantams, noon for the junior varsity and 2 p.m. for the senior varsity teams.
