Hedley tickets go on sale Sept. 29
The Canadian band Hedley is coming back to Peterborough.
Performing in 32 different cities all across Canada for the 2018 Cageless tour, Hedley’s destination for March 2 is the Peterborough Memorial Centre.
Hedley is bringing two opening acts. Shawn Hook, a 2016 Juno Fan Choice nominee, will perform hits such as
and which was recorded with Vanessa Hudgens. Along with Hook, the breakthrough band Neon Lights will open for Hedley with the hit song along with many others.
Hedley, named after a small miningcommunityinBritishColumbia, has been bringing Canadians peppy rock music since 2005. Thye have been visiting Peterborough every other year or so since 2010, earning raves from local concert-goers in Peterborough.
Regular tickets go on sale Sept. 29.
VIP packages have already begun selling. The VIP package includes an exclusive meet and greet with the band, an acoustic performance and merchandise.
Hedley includes Jacob Hoggard, a finalist for Canadian Idol, as lead vocalist and on guitars, keyboards and piano. Dave Rosin, who was formerly in the band Day Theory, plays the guitar while Tommy Mac, who was born in West Germany, plays the bass. The drummer, Jay Benison, is replacing former band member Chris Crippin.
“Performing live is truly what Hedley are all about” Hoggard states in a press release. “Touring from coast to coast and being able to bring the music directly to our incredible fans is like a constant thirst for us.” Hedley’s new album, also titled
