Bantam AA Petes tie, lose

The Manulife Investments minor bantam AA Petes had a tie and a loss in a pair of weekend games. On Friday, the Petes tied the Northumberland Nighthawks 3-3. Jack Ryan, Isaiah Scott and Cole Lester scored with two assists to Nick Stinson. Ryder Hadwyn played in net. The Petes fell 4-3 to the Belleville Bulls at home on Saturday. John Hawman, Lewis and Ryan scored with assists to Dominic McMorrow, Matt Collyer and Hawman. Xavier Lehmann supported the team in net. Next game for the Petes is Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. against the North Durham Warriors in Port Perry.
