New location in Bowmanville for Peterborough medical equipment supplier
Living Well Home Medical Equipment has recently expanded with a second location in the Clarington area.
The new downtown Bowmanville location is at 100 King St. E, and although it’s slightly smaller in size than the Peterborough location, it offers the same line of products and services including; bath safety products and home modifications, hand controls and vehicle modifications, CPAP machines and masks for sleep apnea, hospital beds, lift chairs, stair lifts, porch lifts and elevators – including commercial lifts and maintenance, walkers, wheelchairs, braces, BP monitors, stethoscopes, compression stockings and much more.

Lester Awnings
Lester Awnings recently expanded their operation at 1582 Chemong Rd. by renovating a brand new showroom. Lester Awnings does interior and exterior roller blinds, commercial and residential retractable awnings, and aluminum and motorized awnings as well as care and cleaning. The new showroom gives them lots of space to show their products.

The annual Peterborough Ex presents a couple of business opportunities. Their annual bid for advertising and marketing services is open until March 2.

Peterborough Speaks
Peterborough Speaks is coming up on March 1 at Market Hall. The annual event for the Greater Peterborough Health Services Foundation features five interviews with some fascinating local people, including teacher and entertainer Paul Crough, Boxer Cody Crowley, Andressa Lacerda and Adam Noble, SARS Nurse Sue Sorrenti and more. Tickets are available at markethall.org
NCC Gala
And the New Canadian Centre annual gala is coming up on March 3. This annual event is highly anticipated as each year they feature a different theme.
This one is called One Night in Zimbabwe, and will feature Nhapitapi, a dynamic six piece band of Zimbabwean musicians, singers and dancers, shona sculpture from Zim Art on Rice Lake, a live auction, dining, dancing and more.
