St. Alphonsus B mites win

The Peterborough Community Church Softball League’s mite season opener was a battle of St. Alphonsus. St. Alphonsus A played St. Alphonsus B at St. Catherine School on Monday. St. Alphonsus B came out on top, winning 8-5. The game kicked into high gear in the fourth inning when St. Alphonsus B’s Ryan Crawford singled, Lucas Lungley doubled and Preston Buckingham got a home run.
