Make most of public servants’ knowledge

Ontario recently launched the Big Bold Ideas Challenge that seeks input from public servants to improve government efficiency and effectiveness. We are fortunate to have a highly professional, nonpartisan Ontario Public Service with skilled, diverse and engaged employees who understand their roles and responsibilities to serve the government of the day in implementing its agenda. I hope Ontario’s new ministers are taking advantage of public servants’ deep knowledge and experience to make informed decisions that will benefit our province for the long term.
