Wanted man arrested

A man wanted on a warrant for failing to appear in court was arrested by a city police officer on patrol Tuesday afternoon near Aylmer and London streets. The man allegedly had cocaine and marijuana when he was arrested.

Ryley Elwood Brooks, 20, of Lansdowne Street, was charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of marijuana under 30 grams and failing to attend court. He appeared in court Wednesday.
