Blue Rodeo performing GPHSF benefit at PMC

Tickets will go on sale Thursday for a benefit concert being performed by Blue Rodeo on Dec. 28 at the Peterborou­gh Memorial Centre.

The concert is a benefit for the Greater Peterborou­gh Health Sciences Foundation, which raises funds for specialize­d programs, research, equipment, training and continuing medical education for health care providers in the Peterborou­gh area.

An exclusive pre-sale for PMC Scoop subscriber­s and supporters of the GPHSF happens Wednesday from 10 a.m to 10 p.m. There also is a presale starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday at BlueRodeo.com.

Tickets for the general public will go on sale Thursday in person at the Collins Barrow Box Office inside the PMC, by phone at 705-743-3561 and online at www.memorialce­ntre.ca.

“We are so thrilled to have the iconic Canadian band Blue Rodeo coming to perform at the Peterborou­gh Memorial Centre in December,” stated Laura Kennedy, executive director, GPHSF.

Blue Rodeo features Kendal’s Greg Keelor, along with Jim Cuddy, Bazil Donovan, Bob Egan, Colin Cripps, Glenn Milchem and Mike Bogurski.
