Therrien holding fundraiser at Red Dog

Coun. Diane Therrien, who is running for mayor, is holding a fundraiser Oct. 11 at the Red Dog in downtown Peterborough.

The event takes place from 7 to 10 p.m., and features live music and a silent auction. Catherine Hanrahan and Linda Kash will be MCs.

Tickets start at $20 (although people are invited to contribute more if they wish). Tickets are available online (dianetherrien.ca) or at the door.

Therrien is running against Mayor Daryl Bennett, who doesn’t have a fundraiser noted on his website (darylbennett.ca) The election is Oct. 22.
