Three wins, tie for Minor Peewee AAA Petes

The Peterborough Russelle Chiropractic/Havelock Metals Minor Peewee AAA Petes picked up three wins and a tie in action over the past two weekends. On Sunday, the Minor Peewee AAA Petes doubled up on the Central Ontario Wolves 2-1. Cooper Lawson and Colin Fitzgerald scored for Peterborough on assists from Brayden Boughton and Chayse Scott. Masen Johnston had the win in net.

On Saturday, the Minor Peewee AAA Petes downed Whitby 3-1 on goals by Fitzgerald, Ty Bolton and Cohen Bidgood with an assist from Ryder Perry. Nick Fournier had the win in net.

On Sept. 16, Peterborough beat the Markham Waxers 5-2. Andrew Calderwood had a goal and three assists while Bidgood scored twice. Fitzgerald and Reed Chamberlain had the other goals. Nathan Gerelus also had an assist. Masen Johnston had the win in net.

On Sept. 15, the Minor Peewee AAA Petes tied the Markham Waxers 3-3 with Perry getting two goals and an assist and Bidgood notching the other goal. Fitzgerald and Boughton also had assists. Nick Fournier was in net.
