Mugging suspects sought

A city man was mugged after withdrawing cash at an ATM early on the morning of Sept. 1. The man was walking south on George Street at about 12:45 a.m. when two men approached him near Townsend Street. One grabbed his arm and they brandished weapons while demanding his money, taking it from his wallet.

The pair met up with another man and left on foot.

Police have released surveillance images in an effort to identify suspects in the case. The photos can be seen on the city police Facebook page and at peterboroughexaminer.com
