Second ATM mugging suspect arrested

A second man has been arrested in connection with a mugging Sept. 1 on George Street.

Police say a man who had just withdrawn money from an

ATM at about 12:45 a.m. was confronted by two other men, who brandished weapons and took the cash. City police released images taken from a security video showing the suspects.

One man was arrested earlier this week. Riley Gavin Richards, 18, of McDonnel Street, was charged with robbery with a weapon (baton).

On Friday, police announced that a second man had been arrested Thursday.

Micah Isaiah Telford, 19, of Marina Boulevard, is charged with robbery with a weapon (knife).

He was held in custody and appeared in court Thursday.
