Man arrested after apartment break-in

A man allegedly broke into a Royal Drive apartment early Friday morning and was surprised by its residents, who recognized him and called police.

An arrest was made soon after. William Charles Cunningham, 29, of no fixed address, Peterborough, was charged with break and enter.

He was held in custody and was to appear in court Friday.
