Manley named OCAA athlete of the week

Peterborough’s Reagan Manley was named Tuesday as the Ontario College Athletics Association’s men’s baseball athlete of the week

He was also named the Durham College Lords athlete of the week. Manley, a first-year business student, led the Lords varsity baseball team offence as they clinched a spot in the OCAA championship by sweeping doubleheaders against the George Brown Huskies and Seneca

Sting.

Over the four wins he was 8for-14 from the plate with two triples, seven RBI and six runs scored.

His outstanding week has him now leading the Lords with a .392 batting average and 10 RBI, which has him ranked fifth and seventh among OCAA leaders, respectively.
