ACCUSED SHOOTER IN COURT

Terrance Finn is still seeking legal aid to help fund his defense. Finn, 73, is charged with firstdegree murder in connection to the shooting death of his wife Sandra on Aug. 22.

Sandra was shot in the Home Depot parking lot and died later that day in a Toronto hospital. Her husband was arrested at the scene by Peterborough police. Finn made his seventh court appearance Friday in Peterborough provincial court. During previous appearances, the accused has told the court he wanted to plead guilty and hurry the court process along.

Finn is scheduled to return to court on Tuesday, Nov. 27.
