Window with rock
A teenager has been charged after an incident at a local grocery store Tuesday.
City police say a person went to the Brock Street store four times between 8:20 p.m. and 11:15 p.m., and at one point broke a front window with a rock.
Police identified a suspect and made an arrest on Brock Street at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. A 17-year-old has been charged with mischief. He appeared in court Wednesday.
His name was not released under the terms of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
